Appearance: Often seen in a completely white suit, accompanied with a black tie amongst other fancy arrangements. Dressy watch and a cigarette, Cecil is always dressed for the occasion. Scruff is present where a beard should be, defined by many as "rugged". His dark brown hair is flung and messy in all directions, bags present under his eyes due to his "lack of sleep". Kinks in his wardrobe can often occur when he "loses" his mind, not caring much about his own appearance. A black number "1" is present on his arm above the wrist, along with a large hole that is present right where the heart would anatomically sit. While he stands at a rough estimate of six feet, Cecil is by no means lanky. Beneath his clothes reveals a well-kept and strong body through rigorous training with fist-fighting.

Personality: Cecil is a well-reserved man when it comes to conversations. He is usually straightforward, often only inputting when he is needed. When questioned by others of his own authority, he tends to look down upon them when discussing differing opinions. Quick witted, Cecil analyzes situations with absolute ease, whether he chooses to act upon his own urges regardless is up to his mood. Many situations he is placed in causes him great anxiety, the guilt and pressure of the situation continues to melt down on him every day. When it becomes unsustainable, he turns to his other personality. This is a complete polar opposite of the normal Cecil, regarding himself as royalty and obtaining a bloodlust that is almost always unquenchable.

Towards women, Cecil is considered a flirt. However, if he notices they are uninterested he backs off quite easily despite his usual cocky nature. Battles are calculated and run smooth to Cecil's liking, attempting to plan his tactics out to perfection, he performs in a way that would leave any enemy agape in terror at their incoming deaths...Executed cold and ruthless. His mindset is "A dog eat dog" world, take before it is taken from you.
